If Sabrina Carpenter’s sexual lyrics offend you, she says you’re to blame
She has been criticised for her live shows and raunchy new album cover.

Sabrina Carpenter has insisted anyone offended by her sexual lyrics only have themselves to blame.
The 26-year-old singer has come under fire for her honest songs and racy moments on tour, including the infamous Juno sex position segment, and her kinky cover for new album Man’s Best Friend.
Her new album cover has also come under fire, but the Bad Chem pop star finds the backlash all rather amusing.
‘It’s always so funny to me when people complain,’ she admitted to Rolling Stone. ‘They’re like, “All she does is sing about this.”
‘But those are the songs that you’ve made popular. Clearly you love sex. You’re obsessed with it. It’s in my show.’
She also pointed out that while social media is always flooded with footage of whatever sex position she decided to mime during Juno, there’s more to her gig than that.
