Following the success of their David Beckham documentary and their hit Victoria Beckham series, Netflix are on the hunt for another big win.

The major streaming platform premiered the four-part series Beckham in 2023 and released a follow-up Victoria Beckham docuseries earlier this month.

While the latest insightful programme has only been available to the public for a matter of days, it’s already been a hit with critics and viewers.

According to new reports, Netflix doesn’t want to stop there, with plans apparently in the works to secure a Spice Girls documentary in the near future.

The Mirror says: ‘Chiefs at Netflix are keen to build a series looking at the creation, global domination, split and then comeback of the Spice Girls – with [Victoria] at the helm.

‘Mel B and Geri Halliwell have been trying to create either a film or a show covering the Girl Power group’s rise in the 1990s. But these efforts have failed because of many factors.’
