Lil Nas X is currently in treatment at an undisclosed location following his arrest last month.

In August, the Old Town Road musician, real name Montero Hill, sparked concern when he was seen wandering the streets of LA, wearing nothing but his underwear.

The 26-year-old was allegedly hospitalized over a ‘possible overdose’ – he was later arrested and charged over claims he assaulted a police officer.

He was due to appear in court in LA today but his lawyers confirmed his absence at the hearing, explaining that he is currently not in the state.

According to Rolling Stone, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Shellie Samuels changed the conditions of his release to make an allowance for his current ‘treatment’.

The judge, via the outlet, said the ‘defendant is allowed to remain out of state as long as he remains in treatment.

‘[If] treatment changes, and he becomes outpatient, then we’ll talk.’

She also sealed the details for his care, meaning no information about his treatment is available, ahead of another hearing slated to take place in November.

Following the hearing, Hill’s lawyer insisted that everyone has rallied around him to do ‘what is best’.

‘We don’t have court for a couple more months. Obviously you heard the “treatment” word,’ Drew Findling said in a video on social media.
