Simon Cowell ‘has never been more angry’ after treatment on Celebrity SAS
He was trying to support Lucy Spraggan.
However, Lucy said she thinks his wife Lauren Silverman, 48, could do it and ‘should have a go’.
Last year Simon spoke about his relationship with Lucy, saying that it ‘feels like we’ve been friends for life’.
Meanwhile Lucy said that ‘everything people get from their fathers, I get from Simon’, also calling Simon and his Lauren a ‘constant support’.
Speaking about appearing on Celebrity SAS, Lucy has said she hopes she ‘has the mental grit to get to the end of the course’.

‘I’ve always wanted to do this course, and what I love about this course is the sheer pressure it puts on a human being, that you will just not get anywhere else in life. And I’ve had pressure, I’ve had so many forms of pressure, nothing like this, so I really just genuinely want to see how far my brain can go.’
The other stars appearing on this season include RuPaul’s Drag Race UK season two star Bimini, Love Island’s Chloe Burrows and Adam Collard, and rapper Lady Leshurr.
They will also be joined by footballer Troy Deeney, boxer Conor Benn dancer-and-choreographer Louie Spence, author Michaella McCollum, and former footballer Adebayo Akinfenwa.
Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins returns at 9pm on Sunday to Channel 4.
