Previous Page Next PageDanny Jones’s wife, Georgia, has confessed to a shocking vaginal injury she suffered during childbirth.
The former model, 38, married McFly pop star Danny, 39, in 2014, and they are proud parents to son Cooper, who was born in January 2018.
But while Cooper’s arrival into the world was ‘quick,’ it didn’t go without a hitch… or a stitch, rather.
Speaking on the latest episode of her podcast, Georgia revealed that her newborn caused a tear on her clitoris with his talons.
She told Mum’s The Word, which she co-hosts with Kelsey Parker: ‘Cooper came really quick.
‘Cooper came in three hours, from start to finish. It was just very, very quick.’

Delving deeper, she admitted: ‘When Cooper came out, and you know how they’ve got long nails when they first come out? He hooked onto my clitoris and tore it.
‘I had to have a stitch in my clitoris.
‘And everyone was like, “How?!” and I was like, “Honestly, no idea.” Because everything kind of goes weird and flat when you push, apparently.
‘He hooked on, somehow he hooked on—but he’s not damaged it; it’s almost more sensitive if anything.’
The quip earned her giggles from the studio, with Georgia adding: ‘I’m like, thanks! Cheers, mate!’, after her eyebrow-raising revelation.

In contrast, up to 80% of individuals experience a tear in general at the time of a vaginal birth. Vaginal tears are less likely if a woman has given birth before, and treatment depends on the severity of the tear.
Georgia’s candid confession comes after her family life made headlines earlier this year for the wrong reasons.
Husband Danny was papped kissing Love Islander Maura Higgins at a boozy Brit Awards afterparty, much to the shock of his fans, as, while the Irish influencer is single, Danny, of course, is not.
The All About You hitmaker later issued a statement to apologise for the upset caused by his actions.
He wrote on Instagram: ‘Hello everyone, sorry it’s taken me to post this but I’ve taken some time out to be with those closest to me.

‘I love them so much, and we’ll continue to deal with this privately.’
He then thanked his fans as he concluded: ‘I love you guys, thank you for your patience, understanding, and support.’
It’s believed Danny was very much ‘in the doghouse’ after the scandal occurred, with Georgia moving out of their marital home for a short period.
While they have been photographed together since, it was previously thought that Danny and Georgia were ‘not together’ but determined to work through things.
A source told The Sun last month that Georgia was deciding what she ‘wants to do’.

‘She has been hugely hurt and embarrassed by everything and told Danny she needed to get away,’ the insider added.
The update came after a source also claimed Georgia didn’t want to ‘come across as a pushover’.
Maura has chosen not to publicly address the drama that followed her recent split from Strictly’s Pete Wicks.
However, she will return to TV in the coming weeks after filming for the BBC’s reboot of game show Blankety Blank, marking her first on-screen appearance since drunkenly snogging her I’m A Celebrity campmate.
