Glastonbury has continued its reveal of each stage lineup and the Field of Avalon has some heavy hitters ready to rock.

On Saturday, it was announced that the Acoustic Stage would play host to the last ever The Searchers gig along with 28 other new acts.

This comes after confirming Pyramid Stage headliners Neil Young, Olivia Rodrigo, and the slightly controversial The 1975.

Sir Rod Stewart is our Sunday legend, while Other Stage will be headlined by Loyle Carner, The Prodigy and Charli XCX — with fans already concerned about overcrowding.

Today, the iconic festival announced the Avalon stage would host Eurovision rocker Sam Ryder, days after he released new music.

Sam, 35, almost took the UK to victory at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest and has just returned to music after a small break.

He’s not the only pop act on the list, as rising star Rachel Chinouriri is set to perform after opening for Sabrina Carpenter on tour.

Her tracks Never Need Me and All I Ever Asked gained popularity on TikTok and she played a string of festivals last year and the year before.

Paris Paloma, another viral TikTok star for her hit track Labour, will also be on this stage.

Jazz-pop icon Jamie Cullum is on the lineup as well as Tom Walker, Orla Gartland, The Fratellis and The Amy Winehouse Band.

Other names announced include Ash, The Big Moon, Alabama 3, Bear’s Den, Bess Atwell, Brooke Combe, Fulu, Hard-Fi, The Horne Section, Jade Bird, The Magic Numbers, and Terrorvision.

Glastonbury is taking place from Wednesday, June 25 – 29, with resale tickets predicted to go on sale soon.

Alanis Morissette, Noah Kahan, Gracie Abrams, and US rap star Doechii, will all make their debuts at the prestigious event, while Wolf Alice, Wet Leg, Fatboy Slim, and Scissor Sisters are set to return.

This has been a year of self-confirming slip ups after Neil Young decided to confirm before backtracking and then making another U-turn before the lineup reveal.

Lola Young also had an accidental self-confirm at the Brit Awards, telling fans she was at Coachella and Glastonbury while on the red carpet.

US band Infinity Song also confirmed they would be heading to Worthy Farm, despite the band missing on the poster.

There are still some heavily rumoured names in the mix, from The Wombats to Haim, with 20 stage lineups to be revealed including Woodsies, West Holts and the Pyramid.

It was confirmed that once the festival has finished this year, it will not return in 2026 in order to give the land ‘a rest’.

Organiser Emily Eavis, whose farmer father Michael started the festival in 1970, told The Sun: ‘(It will) give the land a rest. The festival before a fallow year is always a fun one to plan, because you almost have to fit two years into one.

‘We’re already in talks with some acts for it. It’s exciting!’
