Aaron Pierre’s famous ‘girlfriend’ revealed in shock hard launch
It looks like they've defined the relationship.
Aaron Pierre and Teyana Taylor have seemingly confirmed their relationship.
The Mufasa: The Lion King actor, 30, and the Wake Up Love singer, 34, posted a James Bond tribute in new Instagram photos together.
The day after the 2025 Oscars and the Vanity Fair afterparty, Teyana shared a series of black and white photos in which her and Aaron appeared close.
The caption read: ‘Oscar night in black & white, no grey area. ????,’ which many took to mean that the pair have defined their relationship in equally black-and-white terms.
Pierre subsequently shared the photos to his account without additional commentary.
The pair were also seen together at the Vanity Fair party, where they posed together with actress Niecy Nash and her wife Jessica Betts.

Teyana was previously married to basketball player Iman Shumpert, whom she divorced in January 2023 after seven years of marriage.
The pair continue to co-parent their two daughters, Iman ‘Junie’ Tayla Shumpert Jr., 9, and Rue Rose Shumpert, 4.
‘We are still the best of friends, great business partners and are one hell of a team when it comes to co-parenting our two beautiful children,’ Teyana wrote on Instagram at the time of the split.

He previously said of taking over the role from James Earl Jones in an interview with AP, that he tried to ‘serve and honour’ Jones in ‘every way he could’.
‘He is one of my greatest inspirations. Yes, within the context of Mufasa: The Lion King and this beautiful, beloved, cherished character that he originated, but also within the context of the entirety of his artistry.’
More recently, many have speculated that Aaron may be in line to play the next James Bond.
After helming the new Netflix smash hit Rebel Ridge, Aaron received heaps of praise for his performance as an action star, with many finding it easy to envision him as 007.
As the star took to Instagram to celebrate Rebel Ridge earning the top spot in 71 countries after it scored more then 31,000,000 views over its opening weekend, many rushed to praise his performance.

‘Hollywood has its next action star,’ commented Marcus Nel-Jamal Hamm, an observation echoed by many as @withkendricktucker enthused: ‘@aaron_pierre1 is a STAR! Put him in ALL THE THINGS!’
‘Ahhhhh!! I’m so ready for him to take Hollywood over!!’ chimed in Ashley Nicole.
Others described Pierre’s lead performance as ‘phenomenal’, ‘incredible’ and one which had them ‘glued to my screen’.
‘I’ve watched it three times already!!! He just makes my heart skip a beat!!’ confessed Vickie Charlene Dobbs, one of many admiring comments, swooning over the actor.
Unfortunately for fans, it seems Aaron is now off the dating market.
