‘Fever dream’ series soars up Netflix charts after being released this week
There are three seasons to catch up on!

All episodes of a ‘bingeworthy’ sci-fi comedy series have dropped on Netflix.
First hitting screens in 2021, Resident Alien was based on the comic book series of the same name.
It starred Alan Tudyk as ‘Dr. Harry Vanderspeigle’, an alien with jaw-dropping powers who crashed-landed in the small town of Patience, Colorado, killed the real Vanderspeigle, and took on his identity.
His entry into Earth was planned though, with the alien sent to destroy the human race.
But after becoming fascinated by humans, he starts to second guess everything and instead finds himself connecting with his new community.

When the first season was released, fans called it ‘hilariously quirky’ and said they’d been left ‘laughing out loud’ throughout.
‘Resident Alien knows what it is doing and does it with admirable sincerity. It deploys well-worn tropes without cynicism and plays with others without winking exhaustingly at its audience,’ The Guardian wrote in its review.
