A man has been charged with stalking and vandalism after crashing his car into the front gates of Jennifer Aniston’s Los Angeles home.
On Monday the Friends actress, 56, was home when the unsettling incident unfolded.
Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, 48, was arrested after driving into the entrance to her sprawling $21 million (£15 million) Los Angeles property around noon local time.
He was quickly stopped by her security team, who reportedly held him at gunpoint while waiting for the Los Angeles Police Department to arrive.
A few days on the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office has confirmed he’s been charged with one count of felony stalking and one count of felony vandalism.
The DA also said Carwyle faced an aggravating circumstance of the threat of great bodily harm.

He is set to appear in court today, with his bail set at $150,000 (£112,000).
If convicted, he could serve three years in state prison.
As reported by Variety, DA Nathan Hotchman said: ‘Stalking is a crime that can quickly escalate from harassment to dangerous, violent actions, threatening the safety of victims and our communities.
‘My office is committed to aggressively prosecuting those who stalk and terrorize others, ensuring they are held accountable.
‘By working together, we are ensuring that dangerous individuals are taken off our streets.’
Earlier in the week a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department, officer Jeff Lee, explained that police had responded to a call about a ‘burglary suspect’ at the property who ‘ran his vehicle through the gate to the residence’.
He told CNN a security guard on the premises ‘held the suspect’, who was described as a white male, until LAPD officers arrived.

It’s been reported Carwyle did not enter the home, and that Jennifer did not encounter him during the incident.
However, sources told TMZ Carwyle was looked over by paramedics after complaining of back pain before being taken to hospital.
Recent social media posts from Carwyle showed his interest in the actress.
‘I’ve been writing, since the Beginning Jennifer Joanna Aniston Carwyle, with you,’ he posted on Facebook on March 26.
Earlier, in October, he posted an advertisement Jennifer had done for Lolavie Haircare products and wrote: ‘I LOVE YOU Emanuel Jennifer Joanna Aniston Carwyle!’
A few days earlier he’d complained online that unnamed forces were keeping them apart, as reported by NBC News.
