New details have emerged about an allegedly tense moment involving Victoria Beckham at her son Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding to Nicola Peltz.
The insider comments come as rumours continue to circulate that the famous fam has been engulfed by feud since eldest child Brooklyn, 26, wed Nicola, 30, in 2022.
The whispers pitched up in volume recently, when the couple were a no-show at David Beckham’s 50th birthday bash, followed by Brooklyn appearing to make a dig at his parents, posting a video of himself and Nicola on Instagram with a caption vowing to always ‘choose [her]’.
Now, a source close to the family has told People that singer Marc Anthony, a longtime friend of the Beckham family, performed as a gift to the couple.
But before starting one of his songs, he reportedly invited Brooklyn to join him on stage and then unexpectedly called for Victoria Beckham to step up as ‘the most beautiful woman in the room.’
The moment left some attendees puzzled, particularly since it seemed to overshadow the bride.

Despite attempts to move past wedding-related drama, sources suggest there’s been an undercurrent of strain between Nicola and Victoria, with tensions flaring again after this event.

‘But things at the moment feel divided and Brooklyn’s remarks haven’t helped the situation. They are desperate for things to improve.’
A source close to Brooklyn told Metro: ‘It’s sad that a simple statement of love and appreciation for his wife is being manipulated into something that it isn’t.’
The family has largely kept quiet about whispers of an ongoing feud, despite plenty of apparent drama and cryptic social media posts.
