Power Rangers actor Dave Mallow dies aged 76
Fans have paid tribute.

Power Rangers actor Dave Mallow has died.
The actor played Mighty Morphin Power Rangers villain Baboo, which ran through the 90s.
He also voiced various characters in video games including the Warcraft series, and in Digimon: Digital Monsters.
According to TMZ, the star died on Tuesday after being in hospice care.
He was staying at the MonteCedro Senior Living Community in California.
A former colleague told the outlet that Mallow’s health had been declining in recent years.
Mallow also wrote and directed many anime projects.
In the Power Rangers, alongside Squatt, Baboo served as one of antagonist Rita Repulsa’s cronies.

According to iMdb, Mallow began his career as a radio star in New York City, before moving to Los Angeles in 1984 to pursue voice acting.
In 2007, he was nominated for best actor and best actor in a comedy series at the 1st Annual American Anime Awards.
Several fans have paid tribute following the news of his death, with @OctopusCity writing on Reddit: ‘RIP legend.’

Mallow is survived by his older sister.
