Strictly Come Dancing star Wynne Evans is reportedly suing the producers of the BBC show’s live tour for medical negligence.

The former GoCompare star, 53, was in ‘agony’ after he suffered a double fracture and two snapped ligaments in his foot during the production.

It is claimed the Welsh opera singer’s broken foot was wrapped in bandages, but he was told to ‘keep smiling and carry on.’

Evans is now reportedly suing the Strictly live tour’s production company, Phil McIntyre Entertainments, for personal injury, claiming ‘inadequate backstage medical provision.’

He is also seeking a further £11,000 for outstanding fees.

Evans was axed the tour after he was filmed joking about a three-way – or ‘spit roast’ – involving Strictly Live presenter and professional dancer Janette Manrara.
