Amazon Prime viewers can’t stop watching ‘the best show since the Big Bang’
It was a hit with fans.
A viewer has made the bold claim that an action drama series recently added to Amazon Prime Video is the best TV show since the dawn of time.
Hundreds of TV fans have been breathlessly recommending Deadly Class on Google reviews, which they compared to Netflix’s Umbrella Academy and described as ‘captivating’ and ‘amazing’.
Set in a heightened world against the backdrop of late 80s counterculture, Deadly Class follows disillusioned teen Marcus (Benjamin Wadsworth) as he starts an elite private school academy which trains assassins.
Deadly Class also stars Lana Condor as fellow student Saya Kuroki and Benedict Wong as the school’s ruthless, no-nonsense headmaster, Master Lin.
The show has over 400 reviews on Google, including from Lucy Taylor, who wrote: ‘Deadly Class is the best show since the Big Bang!!!!! The actors are all amazing, especially Lana Condor! The plot is really addictive and can’t believe no one has really heard of it. I was so sad when they cancelled it. Please bring it back!’
Echoing their sentiment, Carsyn McCabe said: ‘THIS IS THE BEST SHOW IVE LITERALLY EVER SEEN!!! No clue why most people hated the show but I LOVED IT and would watch it a million times! I finished the first season in 1 day and it was REALLY REALLY GOOD! My parents also really liked It which is very unusual so theirs that too. I would also recommend this show for Umbrella Academy fans I find the show very similar to Deadly Class.’

Vhayle Chu added: ‘Absolutely LOVED it. *chefs kiss* It has a dark, gothic theme that just attracts you to watch it. I mean a school for kids with serious crime history or kids who belong in a gang and all that stuff. The characters are–again, *chefs kiss*. It just keeps getting darker and darker each episode. The music choice is amazing!’
Deadly Class aired for one ten-episode season in 2019 and was cancelled that same year.
It is not the only action series gripping Amazon Prime Video viewers as they have also been devouring Reacher season 3.

On Reddit, viewers raved about Reacher season 3, including The_Wattsatron, who said: ‘So far they are doing such a good job of following the book. Duffy is perfectly cast. This is shaping up to be the best season yet.’
Echoing their sentiment, Sea-Duty-117 wrote: ‘The first two seasons were definitely good. No doubt. But as soon as I started S3E1, I knew this was going to be even better than the previous two. So far so good until E3, hoping it elevates even more as the season progresses to the end.’
Notoriously_So added: ‘Very good season. I really hope they keep this show going.’
