We're overwhelmed.

Today might be the day that ticket battles defeat fans as three of the UK biggest tours go on sale; Black Sabbath, Beyonce, and Kendrick Lamar with SZA.

All three are legends in their own right, hot off Grammy wins, Super Bowl halftime shows, and also just being Black Sabbath.

If that wasn’t enough, 90s indie icons Smashing Pumpkins are also putting their tour tickets on sale today. Is anyone else feeling overwhelmed?

As Kendrick sold out by 10am, it was then Black Sabbath’s turn to stress out fans with epic queues for their one single gig.

Fans quickly realised this wasn’t a battle they would win as over 133,000 people joined the fight, with very few walking away with tickets.

The scramble was dubbed ‘worse than Oasis’ as every Black Sabbath fan and their dad tried to see Ozzy Osbourne’s final ever show.

We all remember the horror that was the Oasis ticket war, with insane queues and dynamic pricing.

The chaos was so extreme there were even calls for a law change over ticket touting; of course, this hasn’t come into effect so expect to pay eyewatering sums for your seats.

With Kendrick selling out in half an hour and Black Sabbath appearing to sell out in seconds, we’re dreading the Beyonce battle at midday.

Black Sabbath’s one and only homecoming gig might have been the hardest tickets to get this Valentine’s Day.

They went on sale at 10am with fans scrambling for a chance to see Ozzy Osbourne perform at Birmingham’s Villa Park Stadium on Saturday, July 5.

The prices ranged from £197.50 to as much as £834 for VIP, with some booking fees thrown in for good measure.

When Metro joined the queue, there were a whopping 136,000 people in front of us. For a 40,000-capacity venue there’s no hope.

‘On a hiding to nothing trying to get Black Sabbath tickets ????,’ shared megatronman.

AngelaHaggerty added: ‘It doesn’t look like I’ve got much chance of getting a ticket for Black Sabbath’s last ever gig then ????????.’

‘I guess seeing Black Sabbath and Ozzy’s final live show is off the table…’ said McMetalfaceYT who was only slightly ahead of Metro in the queue.

‘Was among first 5500 in queue,’ wrote UrbanWordsmith. ‘Handful of tickets left when I got in, which literally became unavailable whenever I clicked on them.

‘Considering how much Ticketmaster charged, imagine what the touts will be selling them for. As for the gold circle…’

‘It was easier to get tickets to Oasis than to Black Sabbath honestly,’ complained crimson_bay.

Ticketmaster’s penchant for glitches meant a seat map error was also standing in the way of fans attempting to get tickets to see this one-off gig.

‘Another faultless Ticketmaster experience trying to get Black Sabbath tickets,’ SkyfraExile said on X.

The glitches are likely from the heavy traffic on the site and by 10.16am, Ticketmaster announced tickets were ‘very limited’.

Be warned, there are a large number of scammers offering to sell off extra tickets via social media — no matter how desperately you want to go, all official advice remains to only purchase through official channels.

Congratulations to X user Todd Sackett who actually got tickets in today’s sale and shared: ‘I GOT TICKETS TO BLACK SABBATH.’

‘Took on Ticketmaster and won. Black Sabbath tickets acquired!’ cheered another successful fan, aldridge96_afc.

Can you still get Kendrick Lamar and SZA tour tickets

Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s joint tour was first up with the sale starting at 9am today in the UK, although it didn’t last for long as tickets vanished quickly.

They’re visiting Glasgow’s Hampden Park on July 8 before heading down to Birtminghma’s Villa Park on July 10.

After a short stint across to Europe, they’ll head back to Cardiff Principality Stadium on July 19 then finish on July 22 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London.

Ticket prices vary between £75.60 and £571 but standing tickets will be around the £160 mark while seated starts from £130.

By half an hour, most shows had low or no availability with only VIP packages left, although there was a steady trickle of fans

Sunrayleo1 said: ‘So the first rounds of Kendrick Lamar and SZA tickets for the London GNX tour sold out and the 2nd date has been released. I’m on the waiting list with 9181 people ahead of me????.’

‘Kendrick tour tickets for London sold out in 30 minutes. Hopefully another batch gets released closer to the date,’ shared Kas_Braithwaite.

kevin_kuria wrote: ‘lol, Kendrick Lamar’s Tottenham stadium summer concert sold out already within 30 minutes..????????.’

Some were reporting being ‘kicked out’ of the queue while trying to get tickets while those who made it to the end couldn’t secure tickets.

‘Trying to get Kendrick and Sza Birmingham for the past 40 minutes whilst getting in the queue as soon as they opened and get this!!!!!’ shared Shadman73834920 with a picture of the map.

Glitches – every fan’s worst ticket buying nightmare (Picture: X) However, some did seem to be lucky (Picture: X)

The interactive map appeared to be glitching within minutes of the sale opening, stating Ticketmaster was unable to load it.

‘What is wrong with ticket master I join the queue get through and can’t even load the map to select a seat sort the app out,’ fumed daaaaababy.

Others did share they had ‘just won the Ticketmaster war’ and walked away with the chance to see Not Like Us live.

‘OMG. I GOT MY KENDRICK LAMAR TICKET,’ shared sudeiikiss, as reddesertism added: ‘I GOT A TICKET FOR KENDRICK HELL YEAHHHHHHHHHHHH.’

Metro‘s own Izzy Frodsham and Tiyana Lartey did ‘very, very luckily’ manage to secure tickets, with Tiyana joking it was a ‘fight to the death’.
