Last night, the 49-year-old presenter broke down in the Diary Room before being booted out of the house with Ella Rae Wise and Patsy Palmer in an eviction bloodbath.
Angellica revealed it took her a ‘long time’ to recover after her abrupt departure on The Martin Lewis Money Show Live in 2023, with reports claiming she had been ‘sacked’ with ‘no warning.’
ITV bosses later insisted its relationship with Angellica remained ‘amicable’ despite the TV star being abruptly replaced by ex-Olympian and broadcaster Jeanette Kwakye.
On Celebrity Big Brother, Angellica was asked if she felt like she had ‘found herself again’ on the ITV show before her eviction.
She replied: ‘It’s probably the best thing I’ve done in a long time. Before I came in here, I was a little bit scared.

‘I’m so grateful to all the audience that messaged me about it and also to other celebrities who contacted me and stuff.
Breaking down in tears, Angellica continued: ‘It was those messages and support that got me through. That’s why I wanted to come on the show to tap into my old self.
‘It has taken a long, long time. I think I’ve found myself again being here. Every cloud.’

In a social media video (launching a series analysing every episode of the new season), Michael hinted that we could see a new side to Angelica that doesn’t always ‘come through’ when she’s on our screens.
Michael said: ‘Now obviously it would be foolish not to say she’s the underdog in this team, but I hope she goes in there and shows you what I see every day and have seen every day since we met 25 years ago, and what I’ve seen every day since we’ve been married.
‘Just that kind, funny, straight-talking person and I hope you get to see that, because I think in all the other stuff she’s done on TV, that’s not always come through, because of the type of show that she’s working on.’
On TikTok one fan then commented: ‘Why did she stop working with Martin Lewis? I thought they were great together.’
To which Michael replied: ‘It’s not for me to say but she might talk about it on Celebrity Big Brother.’
