Danny Jones and wife Georgia are displaying a ‘mutual barrier’ as they stepped out for the first time after his reported kiss with Maura Higgins.
The McFly star, 38, and his wife of over a decade headed out together in the wake of Danny’s cosy display with Love Island’s Maura Higgins.
Danny and Georgia, who share son Cooper, stepped out in London together for a walk and a coffee after the scandal, which took place at Universal Music’s party at 180 House after the BRITs earlier this month.
The pair appeared downcast during their outing, with Georgia dressing casually in leggings and a fleece jacket, while Danny sported baggy jeans and a hoodie as they kept their distance while deep in conversation.
Body language expert Judi James said the pair aren’t doing anything to hide the signs of a problem after the reported kiss.
She told Metro: ‘In body language terms this looks, sadly, like a display of un-togetherness from Danny and his wife Georgie.
‘Both are wearing dour, unsmiling facial expressions and although they are walking together, both haver their inner hands shoved into pockets in a mutual barrier ritual rather than touching, holding hands or linking arms.

He displays his wedding ring by holding his cup aloft, but the ring display gesture is not echoed by Georgia here.
‘Danny does seem to glance at his wife here but there’s no smile from him as he does so and she appears to keep her eyes to the ground. A celebrity “denial of any problems” ritual would normally involve some signals of touch and body language symmetry but there’s neither from Danny and Georgia here.’
Metro understands that Danny and Georgia are still together and have not split.
It comes as Maura is left ‘wanting to move on’ from the ordeal, as she throws herself into work in Los Angeles.
A source told Metro: ‘Maura doesn’t understand why she is bearing the brunt of the backlash. The social media comments have been relentless, and she’s been feeling incredibly low for the past week.
‘She wants to move on from the situation, but is worried this might not die down any time soon, or at least until Danny speaks out. Maura is thinking about Georgia throughout all of this.
‘She’s enjoying being in LA and getting stuck into work to distract her from the taunting she’s getting online. For now it feels like an escape.’

Though the post didn’t include a caption or any reference to the incident initially, fans and friends were quick to offer their support to Georgia in the comments – at first.
But after the picture was up for about an hour, Georgia turned comments on the post off completely and added a caption of a blue heart emoji.
Danny has also since returned to Instagram, as he took to the platform on Wednesday to repost messages for his 39th birthday.

Despite her return to social media, The Sun reported Georgia is ‘humiliated’ by the betrayal but claimed the couple are putting the whole thing behind them and working to repair their relationship.
The I’m A Celebrity co-stars spent the night together at the bash, with onlookers then filming them appearing to lock lips around 3am.

‘Danny and Maura seem to have a close friendship after meeting in the jungle. They were talking and laughing for ages,’ a source told The Sun, who also published videos of the apparent kiss.
The pair sat at different tables during the Brits, held at the O2 Arena on Saturday night, before meeting up at the after-party at 180 Studios on The Strand in central London.
The publication reported Danny had been with his McFly bandmate Tom before Maura walked over, with the pair spending about 90 minutes together.

After sitting down at a table together and chatting with their campmate Oti Mabuse, they walked into the foyer together around 3am – which is when they were filmed appearing to kiss.

‘Inside the party, it appeared to be just the two of them. The night was winding down as it was so early in the morning and a lot had gone home,’ the source also said.
Danny has been married to former Miss England Georgia for over a decade, with the pair sharing son Cooper, 7.
