Fearne Cotton’s new boyfriend’s estranged wife ‘devastated’ after seeing pictures of them kissing

TV Director Elliot Hegarty’s wife has been reportedly left ‘devastated’ after pictures of her husband kissing Fearne Cotton appeared in newspapers.
Last week, just three months after splitting from her husband Jesse Wood, Cotton was snapped kissing Hegarty in Soho while on what appeared to be a dinner date.
It was reported that the couple met through their mutual pal Gok Wan, with a source telling The Sun: ‘Fearne and Elliot have known each other for a while. When their marriages ended, their friendship developed into romance.
‘They have been seeing each other since January.’
It has been revealed that the blossoming relationship has been a complete shock to Hegarty’s wife Laura who was blindsided when she saw the images.
A family friend revealed to MailOnline: ‘Laura is totally shocked and devastated because she only knew about Elliot being with Fearne when she saw the pictures all over the media. Imagine finding out that your husband’s moved on so quickly like that?

It wasn’t an easy split because there are also children involved. These pictures have not helped matters.’
Another friend added: ‘Pictures of Elliot and Fearne kissing have been plastered all over the media and that’s the first Laura or any of us knew about it.
‘It’s an awful way for her to find out and it has been quite ghastly for her.
‘They’ve tried to keep good relations for the sake of the kids, but I fear that things could now get a bit awkward between them.’

‘We ask that you respect the privacy of our family at this time.’
Hegarty, who has worked on TV shows including Ted Lasso, Disney+ hit Rivals, and Bad Education, and his wife Laura – and mother of his three children – reportedly separated on Boxing Day, according to The Sun.
