Huge numbers!

Star-studded political thriller Zero Day has dominated the Netflix global charts for a second week, despite dividing viewers around the world.
Hollywood icon Robert De Niro made his TV debut in the series, which premiered on the streaming service last month.
The 81-year-old starred as former US president George Mullen, who investigated a nationwide cyber-attack alongside Angela Bassett, Lizzy Caplan, Jesse Plemons and Connie Britton.
Users flocked to watch the drama in their droves, with it landing in the top spot on the charts – raking in more than 92.1million hours viewed, with over 17.9million views in total over the last seven days.
Other shows that made up the top 10 list include Running Point, Toxic Town, American Murder: Gabby Petito and the Search for Instagram’s Worst Con Artist.

Although millions have been tuning in to take in the Goodfellas star’s efforts on the small screen, the program appears to have left everyone divided as it currently claims a 52% Rotten Tomatoes score.
Some have described Zero Day as ‘compelling’ and ‘gripping’, with Jamie A penning: ‘This was a great watch. I thought it was an exciting thriller.’
Jeffrey D agreed: ‘Intelligent, thoughtful, and frighteningly realistic, Zero Day is a suspense-filled and well-acted thriller. In a world run by psychopathic, power-driven, politicians, it feels as though this scenario could happen at any moment..
‘The negative reviews appear to be phoney – maybe it hits too close to home for some…’
‘Zero Day presents a high-octane narrative that, while occasionally straining credulity, undeniably maintains a gripping tension throughout,’ Darrien S wrote.
The series, also starring Angela Bassett and Jesse Plemons, topped Netflix charts (Picture: Netflix)‘The ensemble cast delivers commendable performances, though Angela Bassett’s portrayal of President Evelyn Mitchell lacks the expected gravitas. For viewers willing to suspend disbelief and embrace the series’ imaginative leaps, it offers a compelling viewing experience.’
However, others slated the limited series, branding it ‘clumsy’ and ‘weak’.
‘This was a terrible waste of good talent. The plot is weak and full of holes. It attempts to veil the current political climate in a far fetched, unbelievable fantasy that’s poorly executed and boring to watch,’ Matthew D slammed.
‘The star power alone can’t compensate for the awful storyline and slow pacing. A powerful waste of time I wish I could get back.’
‘WOW! Who green lit this awful, clumsy political thriller? Nothing about this worked for me. Random under developed characters created in what amounts to wasting some impressive talent,’ Manolo M commented.
Fans were divided over the program (Picture: Netflix)‘A snooze fest that never reaches the level of intrigue expected for a series which was supposed to make one reflect on what’s currently happening in the world. Too unbelievable too be enjoyed.’
As Damian S added: ‘Unbelievably awful. Was this written by an 8 year old? [sic].’
The official synopsis of Zero Day reads: ‘Disinformation runs rampant and the personal ambitions of power brokers in technology, Wall Street, and government collide.
‘Mullen’s unwavering search for the truth forces him to confront his own dark secrets while risking all he holds dear.’
Zero Day is available to stream on Netflix now.
