Huge British boy band announce surprise new tour with special guest
The club will be very much alive...

British boy bands are officially back after a 00s chart-topping group announced a surprise new tour with an unexpected special guest.
JLS, who rose to fame on the 2008 series of The X Factor, were the biggest boy band in the country until they split up in 2013 after four albums.
They reformed in 2020 and recorded new music together, eventually heading out on their long-running reunion tour in 2021, 2023, and 2024.
Now Aston, JB, Oritse, and Marvin are getting back together for the 2025 The Club is Alive tour, which will see them supported by special guest Example.
The group will perform 16 dates across the UK throughout November 2025, beginning in Glasgow and finishing in London with two dates at the O2 Arena.
In an official statement confirming the tour, the four boys revealed they were excited to get back out on the road and play arenas across the country.

‘There’s nothing we love more than getting to see you all and perform for you once again. We appreciate your support and we hope you’re ready to party with us and our very special guest – Example – very, very soon!’
Beginning in Glasgow on November 6, the tour will visit Aberdeen on November 7, Newcastle on November 8, Belfast on November 10, Dublin on November 11, and Liverpool on November 13.
From there, JLS will hit up Sheffield on November 14, Manchester on November 15, Cardiff on November 17, Leeds on November 20, Birmingham on November 21, and Bournemouth on November 23.

The first of the two London shows at the O2 will see JLS join the venue’s 21 Club – an exclusive selection of artists who have headlined the famous arena 21 or more times.
Supporting them on 14 of the 16 dates will be rapper, DJ, and music producer Example – the two were often locked in chart battles in the late 2000s and early 2010s.
Example’s first hit song Won’t Go Quietly was in the top 10 the same week as JLS’ single One Shot, while his song Kickstarts was in the top 10 the week that JLS’ The Club is Alive went to number one.
In their heyday, JLS became one of the most successful British boy bands in chart history, scoring five number one singles and releasing four top three albums.
The group scored their five UK number ones between 2009 and 2011, with debut single Beat Again being certified Platinum after staying at number one for two weeks.
Example scored two UK number ones for himself in the summer of 2011 with the songs Changed the Way You Kissed Me and Stay Awake, also landing a number one album with Playing in the Shadows.
