There isn’t long to go until Daredevil: Born Again launches on Disney Plus, marking Charlie Cox’s return as blind lawyer and vigilante Matt Murdock.

The launch of the Marvel series has sparked huge levels of excitement among comic book fans, given it’s been seven years since the original show was cancelled on Netflix.

Charlie, 42, has donned his devil’s horns on a couple of occasions since, making cameos in Spider-Man: No Way Home and She-Hulk.

But now, he is officially back in his own eponymous title, with long-time fans wondering if the new drama will match its predecessor, and newcomers asking if they need to watch the entire Netflix series to understand everything that’s going on.

Here’s what you need to know.
