Kelly Brook has been stocking up on lubricant for a different reason than you may expect.

The always-honest TV star revealed that her recent purchases are linked to the fact she’s taking part in the upcoming 2025 London Marathon.

In a recent conversation with a running expert, Kelly, 45, got chatting about how she was going to prevent her boobs from chafing during the sporting challenge on April 27.

‘She said, “What are you going to do about your boobs?” And I said, “Well, what do you recommend?” She said, “You need silicone lubricant, so you don’t get chafing,”‘ she recalled to Prima.

With the advice at the forefront of her mind, she sought out a ‘pleasure shop’ in New York while on a trip with her husband Jeremy Parisi.

‘I said, “I need to go in here and see if they’ve got this.” And Jeremy said, “What’s it for?” And I said, “It’s for my breasts.” I didn’t tell him it was for the marathon.”

This will be Kelly’s first marathon and Jeremy will also be joining her for the gruelling 26-mile course.

The couple have been keeping fans updated on their training progress through Instagram. They’ve been heading out on long runs whether it’s raining or shining to prepare for the big day.

Kelly recently took on a different challenge altogether – Celebrity Race Across the World. With Jeremy, 39, she travelled from Brazil to Chile trying to get there quicker than three other celebrity pairs.

They had a limited budget and no access to technology, which led to some tricky moments on the BBC series eventually won by Scott Mills and his husband Sam Vaughan.

In some episodes, competitive Jeremy would clash with Kelly, who seemed to view it as more of a holiday.

However, Kelly admits that some parts of what we saw weren’t entirely real.

‘Ultimately, I’m an entertainer. I’m an entertainer at heart and cameras are there. And I’d be lying if I didn’t say that,’ she explained.

The interview also covered Celebrity Race Across the World (Picture: Prima UK / Nicky Johnston)

‘Some of the arguments we had were genuine and some of them we didn’t really need to have. But I thought, “The cameras are there, it’s what they want.”

‘I think Jeremy was sometimes a bit shocked by things I would say, or my little quips and one-liners.

‘But you’re amped up, you’re in show mode and you’re like, “No, we need to have this conversation on camera because this is what we’ve signed up to do.”‘

The April 2025 issue of Prima is now on sale
