Tasha Ghouri said she is ‘still dealing’ with her break up with Andrew Le Page after he emotionally announced he was moving out of their home.

The Love Island couple shockingly ended things at the start of this year, just weeks after the 26-year-old Tasha competed on Strictly Come Dancing with pro-partner Aljaž Škorjanec.

The former couple got together on the ITV reality series in 2022 and hit several relationship milestones including sharing a dog, purchasing a home and even discussing plans to get married as they looked towards the future together.

After news of their split, Andrew confirmed he was continuing renovations on the home they bought last year but earlier this week he left to move back to his hometown Guernsey.

He shared it had been a ‘pretty crap start to the year’, that it was the ‘end of an era’ and he had’ cried more times this year than his whole life’.

After his Instagram update, Tasha, who recently wrapped the Strictly Live Tour, took to Snapchat to share her perspective of the situation in her first direct statement.

The influencer was out on a walk when she recorded: ‘Hi everyone. Just on a walk. I know a lot of you are asking me a lot of questions and want to know what has been going on.

‘I won’t be speaking on the situation – it’s a private side of my life which I’m still dealing with internally and mentally.

‘It’s private for me and as much as I do want to share it with you all, one day I will, but I’m still processing everything that has happened and going on. I hope you can all understand on why I’ve not spoken out on the situation.’

And she’s also reconnecting with family, saying she couldn’t wait to give her dad a ‘big hug’.

In his Instagram story, Andrew shared: ‘End of an era. So guys it’s been a pretty start to the year and one I didn’t expect.’

‘However, life goes on and I’m doing everything in my power to stay positive. All the support has meant the world. I’ve cried more this year than I have my whole life.’

He said that although renovations were on pause while he looked for a new project he would ‘be back’.

They were documenting the renovations of their home, dubbed Tandrews home, on the Instagram page lepagerenovations which has accumulated over 76k followers.

Andrew was keeping the page updated as recently as February 2 when he unveiled the newly created bathroom.

‘So so so happy with how it’s turned out, I absolutely love it, it’s exactly how I envisioned it and I couldn’t be happier,’ Andrew wrote in the caption celebrating the freshly-tiled look.

A source told The Sun in January that the pair reportedly grew distant during Tasha’s time in the Strictly ballroom.

‘‘Tasha was madly in love with Andrew but the cracks started to show when she appeared on Strictly,’ the insider said.

‘She gave her all in that competition. Her focus was purely on her dances with Aljaz and that drove a wedge between them as time went by.’
