WWE legend Mick Foley has suffered a concussion and feels lucky to still be ‘walking around’ after a horror car crash.

The 59-year-old Hall of Famer has shared a photo of himself posing next to his car which looks totally wrecked with the front destroyed and windscreen smashed.

‘TOUGH DAY FOR MICK,’ he wrote in a brief statement on Facebook alongside the picture. ‘I have no idea how I am still walking around after this accident.’

He added: ‘I’m in the hospital now, and I’m sore from my knees to my neck, including a minor concussion.’

Foley posed next to the wreckage on a field, with a fire engine visible in the background.

It’s not yet known exactly how the crash happened, or if anyone else was involved.

Foley, who hasn’t wrestled in over a decade since the 2012 Royal Rumble, has been open about the lasting impact of his daredevil style in the ring.

The so-called Hardcore Legend is famous for putting his health on the line countless times in the name of entertaining the fans, and he suffered numerous concussions throughout his career.

His daughter Noelle recently admitted she always hated his I Quit Match with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, and watching it was so traumatic that her brain has simply blocked out any memories of seeing her dad wrestle.

‘I don’t have one singular memory of my dad ever wrestling. Part of me thinks because it was traumatic to me,’ she said on Dark Side of the Ring.

‘How could these 11 shots change my dad’s health? If you were to get 11 head shots, a normal person probably could have died. it’s sickening, honestly.’
