Kylie Jenner was proudly by boyfriend Timothee Chalamet’s side at the Oscars 2025, a week after skipping the SAG Awards.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder has had a tough few weeks following the tragic death of her beloved long-time pal, and hairstylist, Jesus Guerrero.

The 27-year-old decided not to attend last week’s Screen Actors Guild celebrations in the wake of her heartbreaking loss, but could be seen cuddling up to her partner before tonight’s ceremony began.

All eyes will be on the actor, who is nominated for best actor thanks to his role as Bob Dylan in the A Complete Unknown biopic, after he took home the trophy on Sunday, throwing the Oscars race wide open.

Although Chalamet walked the red carpet solo in a baby yellow suit, the 29-year-old was joined by his partner inside the venue moments before the Academy Awards kicked off at the Dolby Theater in LA.

She could be seen smiling widely while catching up with her beau, dressed in a sparkly black, floor-length gown complete with cut-out panels.

Jenner’s make-up artist, Ariel, shared a loving message to Guerrero ahead of her appearance, sharing that their late pal’s energy was ‘guiding’ them through such a huge occasion.

‘Today was really hard without you, but I know how excited you were for Ky to attend the Oscars,’ he wrote, beside a picture of the mom-of-two in her outfit.

‘I felt your energy guiding us today. I hope we did you proud. We love you forever.’

Guerrero died ‘suddenly and unexpectedly’ last month at the age of 34, with his cause of death not currently known.

He worked as Jenner’s hairstylist for many years, with the reality star among those sharing a moving tribute on social media after her loss.

Taking to Instagram, she wrote: ‘Jesus was more than my friend – he was a light in my life, a source of laughter, comfort, love, and unwavering support.

‘I don’t know how I would have made it through the last almost decade without him by my side. He had a way of making even the heaviest days feel lighter.

‘Thank you, Jesus, for always being there for me, for lifting me up, for being my friend.

‘The pain of losing you is just unbearable and I don’t know how to move forward without you but I know great grief is born only of great love.

‘And I loved you so much. You were the best person, with a talent that was unmatched. a true artist. You inspired so many, and you always will.’

‘Your words, your laughter, your kindness, your beautiful spirit will live in my heart forever,’ she added.

‘I’ll cherish all our moments together. every laugh and hug. I wish I could hug you again. I laid in your bed the way you used to lay in mine, talking for hours.

‘I would give anything for one more deep talk. I’m going to miss you so much. more than any words can say. 222 my angel.’

His family confirmed that she has covered the cost of his funeral, with funds raised from a GoFundMe page being used to pay for any other costs associated with settling his affairs, and bringing his belongings home.

As well as Jenner, Guerrero also worked closely with Jennifer Lopez, with other clients including Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry and Demi Moore.
