Previous Page Next PageJesy Nelson has asked for some advice from fans after being in hospital since March with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS).
The former Little Mix singer, 33, and boyfriend Zion Foster shared the news in an emotional Instagram post before Jesy underwent emergency surgery.
She shared an update that the TTTS has ‘cleared up’ but has remained in the hospital since.
Posting a video on TikTok, the Power hitmaker asked her 581,000 followers which colour she should dye her hair what she leaves the hospital.
‘When I first come out of hospital, one of the first things I wanna do is dye my barnet,’ she said in a video from her bed.
‘First of all because… get your greys out for the lads!’ she continued, showing the camera a close-up of her hair.

I don’t feel like it’s ginger anymore, it’s just like a washed out auburn.
‘So Zion wants me to go like a browny-blonde. And I just don’t know. I don’t know what suits me, so I want your advice. What like hair colour do you actually love on me best? I can’t decide.’
She elaborated in the comments that she ‘isn’t allowed’ to dye her hair at the moment, while fans were split over whether she should keep her current fiery colour, or take Zion’s advice.
Jesy has shared regular health updates from the hospital, thanking fans for their support along the way.
She has also heaped praise on her partner, whom she began dating in January 2022.
The singer declared him the ‘best daddy ever’ last month as he took part in the 2025 TCS London Marathon to raise funds for the Twins Trust charity, which supports parents of multiples and improves maternity care and research.

She shared a second post congratulating Zion after he completed the race, writing: ‘I honestly didn’t think I could love you any more than I already do @zionfoster but you have made me and our babies the proudest!!!!’
Jesy confirmed that the fellow musician had less than four weeks to prepare, but he ‘worked his bum off’ to be able to cross the finish line.
‘Words will never be enough to let you know how proud I am of you,’ the pop star added.
‘The most amazing human and daddy we love you baby ???????????????????? you smashed the London Marathon!!!! [sic].’
The couple briefly split but got back together last summer before confirming her pregnancy in January.
