Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs ‘repeatedly sexually assaulted’ his former assistant of 8 years

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ former assistant has accused him of repeatedly sexually assaulting her.
The witness, who was testifying in a New York court anonymously under the pseudonym ‘Mia’, was employed by the 55-year-old rapper for eight years.
Combs is currently standing trial over charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution, and has denied all allegations.
The court hearings began earlier this month in Manhattan, and on Wednesday Mia fought back tears as she recalled living fear of his alleged violent rages.
‘I couldn’t tell him no about a sandwich,’ she told the court. ‘I couldn’t tell him no about anything.’
Testifying in court, Mia said she started working for Combs – whose legal team is yet to have the chance to question the witness or respond to her claims – in 2009, in her mid-20s.

She testified that she was always ‘anticipating his needs, whims and moods’, and often had to stay at his homes, while she wasn’t allowed to lock the door or leave without Combs’ permission.
She alleged that he was frequently violent towards her, including one occasion when he threw his computer at her head after she said WiFi was still being fixed nearby.
Mia also alleged that there were multiple instances where Combs sexually assaulted her – beginning early in her time working for him – including one when she woke up to him trying to rape her.

While she told the court she didn’t always recall the details from the times he allegedly ‘sporadically’ sexually assaulted her during her tenure working for him, she remembered a ‘dark feeling in my stomach’.
She said she didn’t say ‘no’ or report him to the police because she ‘knew his power’ and ‘control’, adding: ‘I didn’t want to lose everything I worked so hard for.’
Mia also testified that she witnessed Combs being violent with ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, including on a holiday the three of them went on in the Turks and Caicos.
She alleged that the pair used a paddle board to head into the sea after Cassie screamed that he was ‘going to kill me’, before the sky darkened and a storm was coming.

‘He’s actually going to kill her,’ she recalled thinking, before claiming she didn’t report him because she ‘believed that Puff’s authority was above the police’.
Kid Cudi and Combs’ ex Cassie are among those who have testified during the court hearings, which is expected to last for several weeks.
Combs has denied all accusations against him, as he faces five charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.
If convicted, the rapper could spend the rest of his life in jail.
The trial continues.
