Channel 4 has just dropped an ‘excellent’ drama that fans are binging in one go.

All This I Will Give To You follows a renowned author named Manuel as he investigates the suspicious death of his husband Aymeric in a mysterious car crash.

Believing it wasn’t an accident, Manuel sets out to uncover dark family secrets and a possible murder.

He learns that his husband of six years was actually the heir of a wine estate and family castle, and discovers why he was never aware of the truth.

Based on the novel by Dolores Redondo, the French miniseries sees David Kammenos as Manuel and Alexis Loret as Aymeric.

Bruno Solo plays police officer Richard Saugier, with the cast also including Aurelien Wiik and Louise Monot.

The six-part drama has scored an impressive 4.5 stars on Google reviews, with one review by a viewer called Sylvie reading: ‘A series with secrets in each episode. When I watched the first episode I couldn’t help but watch the rest.’

‘Excellent series. After the first episode, I watched all the other episodes that same evening,’ Maryse added.

‘I started watching one episode then the second and I wanted at the end of each episode to watch the next one so much so the next day I watched the 4 following the 6 in a few hours,’ Yolaine added.

Jacqueline wrote: ‘Excellent series, addictive, exciting, by far the best!….careful production, complex plot with well-maintained suspense, in a magnificent setting in Provence; very convincing actors.’

Margarido said: ‘I loved this mini series, after seeing the first 2 episodes I moved on to the next ones because I absolutely wanted to know the ending. Now I want to read the book.’

The trailer opens with Manuel ringing Aymeric, waiting for him to come home, before cutting to the fatal car accident.

After Manuel sees Aymeric’s body in the morgue, and comes to terms with his death, he is forced to confront his in-laws.

‘I shared 12 years of Aymeric’s life and never heard of an estate,’ he says.

Clips show Aymeric’s family grieving at his funeral, before Manuel hears rumours his partner was murdered, like his brother.

As suspicions turn towards family members and secrets are uncovered, the clip ends with Manuel saying: ‘Since he died I’ve doubted…’

‘You never really know the man you share your life with,’ someone tells him.

All This I Will Give To You is available to watch on Channel 4.
