Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus’ romance ‘confirmed’ as it’s revealed how they met
The new couple raised eyebrows with their unexpected romance.
Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus are officially in a relationship it’s been reported, after sharing a photo kissing over the Easter weekend.
The 59-year-old British model and actress and country star Cyrus, 63, raised eyebrows by posting a picture together on Instagram with a decidedly romantic vibe.
Posing together, leaning on a fence in a grassy field, Hurley wore jeans, a blue checked shirt and a straw cowboy hat and gave her cheek to Cyrus, who kissed it gently while keeping his face close.
The musician was also dressed casually in striped baggy trousers and a denim shirt, with green novelty bunny ears on a headband holding back his long hair.
‘Happy Easter ♥️,’ wrote Austin Powers actress Hurley in the caption – and fans and friends alike rushed to fill the comments with their surprise.
Neither star has yet spoken out to confirm the romance, although Cyrus’s manager declined to comment when contacted by Metro.

‘Liz is great and visited him for Easter. They’ve been seeing each other romantically for a little bit. And how lucky is he? Liz is lovely. She’s very warm, positive and the best to be around,’ the insider told the publication.
They also confirmed, as previously reported here, that the couple struck up a relationship after meeting on the set of the 2022 film Christmas in Paradise.
Appearing opposite Frasier star Kelsey Grammer, the pair played potential love interests in the movie.
The source also emphasised how much Cyrus enjoyed making the film with Hurley, adding: ‘They had a great time shooting that movie together – it was beautiful and relaxed, and it really stuck with him.’

I hope you’re having the best time ????,’ commented close pal Trinny Woodall in a reply to the relationship reveal, which Hurley liked, while son Damian’s response was also acknowledged by her after he posted a heart and celebration emoji.
‘Mystery Bunny ????,’ wrote makeup artist and friend Sandy Linter, and stylist Ann Caruso added: ‘Awe! Billy Ray Bunny ????! Happy Easter!’
These were also comments Hurley responded to with a tap on the heart emoji, but others were left quite shocked by Hurley’s new possible romance with the Achy Breaky Heart hitmaker.
‘Oh ???? who else totally did not have this one on their 2025 bingo card?’ asked Heather Morris, as Brittany Rodriguez shared: ‘How many of us were all like WAIT WHAT when we opening [sic] the app and saw this?!!????????♀️ Did not see this one coming.’
Little House on the Prairie star Melissa Gilbert seemed equally baffled as she wrote, ‘Wait… what?’ next to the photo – and promptly garnered 690 likes.

However, we now know the connection between the new couple is not as random as it first seems.
Bedazzled actress Hurley also recently appeared to drop a hint about their romance when she shared a clip in a bikini from a tropical beach on Instagram, set to Cyrus’s song She’s Not Cryin’ Anymore.
‘The most glorious sunset in the glorious Maldives ????,’ Hurley added for the caption.
This is the first relationship for music and Hannah Montana star Cyrus since his divorce from Firerose, thought to be aged 36.

He was also previously married to Cindy Smith from 1986 to 1991, and Tish Cyrus from 1993 to 2022, with whom he shares five kids including Grammy-winning pop star Miley Cyrus, 32.
They had previously filed for divorce twice before – in 2010 and 2013 – before reconciling on both occasions.
Cyrus also has son Christopher, 33, from a former relationship with Kristin Luckey.

She also had high-profile relationships with actor Hugh Grant – for 13 years – and cricket star Shane Warne, to whom she was engaged between 2011 and 2013 before amicably parting ways ahead of his death aged 52 in March 2022.
Warne marked her last public relationship, although Damian shared that they were both dating last year but preferred to keep their relationships out of the public eye.

The mother and son worked together last year on his first feature-length film, Strictly Confidential.
