Laurence Fox charged with sex offence after ‘sharing upskirting picture’
He faces up to two years in jail.

Laurence Fox has been charged under the Sexual Offences Act after allegedly sharing an upskirting picture of TV presenter Narinder Kaur.
He is accused of re-posting the image to his X account in April 2024 after an argument with the GMB star online over politics.
If convicted, Fox, 46, faces up to two years in prison and could be placed on the Sex Offenders Register.
Section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 means it is illegal to intentionally share a sexual image of someone without their consent.
The law specifies that the aim of sharing must be to cause alarm, distress, humiliation, or for sexual gratification.
Fox will appear in court next month after Kaur, 52, reported the post to the police, having shared previously that she felt ‘violated, humiliated, and degraded’ over the incident.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: ‘A man has been charged with a sexual offence following an investigation by the Metropolitan Police.
‘Laurence Fox, 46, will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 24 April charged with an offence contrary to section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
‘The charge relates to an image that was posted on a social media platform in April 2024.’
