This Morning star announces they’re getting married after romantic holiday engagement
The veteran broadcaster popped the question during a holiday in the south of France.
A regular on This Morning has revealed he is getting married later this year following a romantic getaway.
Veteran broadcaster Nick Ferrari popped the question to his long-term partner Clare Patterson.
He proposed while they were dining at a restaurant in the south of France over Christmas.
Chatting to presenters Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary on ITV’s This Morning alongside fellow guest Ashley James, the group were discussing weddings.
After Alison joked that you usually need ’10 bridesmaids’, Ashley said, looking at Nick: ‘Hopefully you only do it once if you’re lucky you do it two or three times.’
This prompted the former news report to laugh before he replied: ‘A couple… but you don’t know how many friends you’ve got until you announce you are getting married in the South of France as I am later this year. Suddenly everyone is your friend!’
